Vale a pena dar uma espiada.&lt;br /&gt;A minha cestinha ficou muito clara, acho que se eu deixasse um pouco mais no forno ficaria mais bonita e a foto não ajudou muito...Fica aí a dica!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 pacote de massa fillo 300 g &lt;a href="http://www.arosa.com.br/" target="_blank"&gt;AROSA&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Manteiga para pincelar a massa fillo&lt;br /&gt;6 colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cebola picadinha&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes de alho picadinhos&lt;br /&gt;250 g de arroz arbório&lt;br /&gt;100 ml de vinho branco seco&lt;br /&gt;Caldo de legumes ou bacalhau (eu usei 1 litro)&lt;br /&gt;600 g de bacalhau já demolhado&lt;br /&gt;2 tomates sem pele e sem sementes em cubos pequenos&lt;br /&gt;4 buquês de brócolis&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres (chá) de ciboullette picada&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres (sobremesa) de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;4 azeitonas pretas picadas&lt;br /&gt;Sal a gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corte 2 quadrados de cada uma das folhas de massa fillo. Pincele levemente um pouco de manteiga em consistência de pomada e sobreponha, dois a dois, desencontrando as pontas. Coloque em aros redondos para formar uma cestinha. Leve ao forno baixo até dourar.Numa panela, aqueça o azeite e refogue a cebola e alho. Adicione o arroz e refogue por alguns instantes. Coloque o vinho branco e mexa até evaporar o álcool. Junte o caldo de legumes (ou de bacalhau) aos poucos e vai mexendo e deixando o arroz cozinhar. Adicione os tomates e as azeitonas e o bacalhau em cubos e vai adicionando o caldo e mexendo. No final do cozimento (com o arroz cremoso e firme) adicione o brócolis a ciboullette, acerte o sal e finalize com a manteiga gelada cortada em cubos.
